Komptoir: A Lively Brasserie Built Around Food, Music & Community

Komptoir is a brasserie based in Luxembourg, known for its convivial atmosphere, food concept and recurring events. The objective of the collaboration was to strengthen the brand’s visibility, attract a local audience and promote events through a consistent and engaging communication strategy.
Michèle Studio supported Komptoir through community management and digital communication, focusing on building awareness and creating regular touchpoints with the audience. Social media was used as a key tool to showcase the venue’s atmosphere, highlight the menu and promote events such as DJ nights, blind tests and special evenings.
In addition to social media management, Michèle Studio worked on the creation of communication materials to support event promotion, including newsletters and printed supports such as flyers. The goal was to ensure a coherent and recognizable image across both digital and physical channels.
Through a consistent content strategy and a clear tone of voice, Komptoir strengthened its local presence and positioned itself as a lively and social destination within the Luxembourg hospitality scene.
This project reflects a practical and results-driven approach to community management, where visibility, engagement and event promotion are at the core of the communication strategy.
